Dr. Lucjan Bartusiak, founder of Lux Dental is passionate about what he does. For the past 10 years, Dr. Bartusiak has used his skills and experience in treating thousands of patients in all aspects of dentistry. He is a firm believer of the golden rule, and treats his patients the same way he would like to be treated. Each patient presents with unique needs and desires, however Dr. Bartusiak treats every person with same attention to detail as he would give to his family.
Dr. Bartusiak received his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He later began his career in dentistry by obtaining his DDS degree also from University of Illinois at Chicago. He graduated in 2005 with honors.
In order to ensure that all of Dr. Bartusiak’s patients have access to latest dental advances, he has completed hundreds of continuous education courses that are far beyond what is required by the state. He completed a vigorous implant training with Carl Misch Surgical Institute and obtained an Advanced Bone Grafting certificate from
Pikos Implant Institute. Dr. Misch is a world-renowned pioneer in implant dentistry. When Pope John Paul II needed implants, from among the best specialists in the world, Carl Misch was selected to treat the Pope. Dr. Bartusiak is proud to have an opportunity to train with the best. Dr. Bartusiak believes in a multidisciplinary approach to dentistry. He does his own extractions, root canals and implant cases from start to finish. This eliminates the need of pointing fingers between specialists and restorative dentists as he guarantees all of his work.

Dr. Nahm received his bachelor's degree with honors distinction from The Ohio State University and obtained his doctorate degree from New York University. He completed his residency training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry with the U.S. Army and received special recognition as the chief resident.
During his service, he received numerous decorations and awards for his contributions to the Soldiers and his key leadership roles in multiple locations both foreign and domestic. Dr. Nahm was honorably discharged in the rank of Major.
With years of persistent dedication and having worked with several world-renowned dentists as his mentors, he holds a few distinctive accolades such as the prestigious fellowship award given by the Academy of General Dentistry (F.A.G.D.) and the mastership credential with the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics (M.A.A.I.P.)
